At times, a document that exists within a site will need to be updated, and the update process will involve multiple people working on the document. While updates are being made to the document, you may wish to leave the current version available for site users.
E. In the Navigation section, select if the site should be made available in the Quick Launch area and if the site should be listed in the top link bar of the parent site. f.
